Facilities Manager
Description✓Facilities Manager - Home Based
✓£40,000 - £44,000 plus car allowance
✓Hexagon Group are delighted to partner with a long-standing client of ours, who have a need for a Facilities Manager to cover a small portfolio of properties across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Cambridgeshire region
✓This portfolio covers a diverse range of properties, and as the Facilities Manager you will be given the accountability to manage your own diary, meaning you will be working remotely, attend monthly site visits, and visit our clients' offices as and when required
✓Key Duties:
✓Overseeing day to day management of your portfolio, attending monthly site visits
✓Assisting with the production and management of each sites service charge budgets
✓Acting as a key point of contact for your tenant / clients
✓Overseeing all health & safety matters of your properties
✓Launching ESG and customer engagement initiatives
✓Assisting with any fit-out or refurbishment projects and liaising with the relevant teamsDue to the nature of this role, this role has the potential to evolve and with that you will gain further responsibilities and have opportunities to be promoted
✓Furthermore, our client has a proven track record in the promotion opportunities within the FM team; and have multiple success stories to demonstrate this
✓The ideal candidate will have experience working within the property management sector and will have managed a multi-site portfolio
✓You will be passionate about the industry and will ideally hold a relevant qualification such as an IOSH, NEBOSH or IWFM Certificate Show more →
