Facilities Manager
Description✓Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager with a leading real estate services firm based in Bristol.
✓This role is to support delivery of legally compliant, safe, customer focussed environment providing agreed levels of service across our client’s staffed properties.
✓Responsibilities:
✓Co-ordinate and complete the property inspection regime reporting on the operational day to day aspects of building management.
✓Contract management across hard/soft service delivery.
✓Providing building & site operational management.
✓Service charge administration
✓Ensuring sites use the helpdesk facilities
✓Supplier management
✓Conducting H&S and Property Inspections
✓Growing client & tenant engagement & relationships
✓Ensuring full site compliance.
