Facilities Supervisor

✓The Acton Facilities & Site Supervisor role is an exciting opportunity to ensure that the Acton site reflects the brand values of our client
✓The site is dedicated to our warehouse operations team and this role will be integral in ensuring that it is representative of the brand and its values
✓You will work with each operational team to set and maintain standards in each area.
✓What you'll do
✓* Manage visitors and contractors on site
✓* Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors and delivery persons ensuring maintenance of security on the site
✓* Manage within the scope of your assignment, all access to the site, ensuring access control procedures are fully adhered to, as detailed within the Site Rules
✓* Effectively deal with all incidents falling within the security remit and to effectively report all incidents to the relevant authority
✓* Resolution of ad-hoc breakdowns, using third party suppliers
✓* Manage service contract suppliers for the Acton site, for example, cleaning, maintenance, property upgrades and waste management contracts.
✓* Coordinate off-site storage areas and costs.
✓* Obtain quotes for required services as requested by line management.
✓* Write working guides and processes for service contracts, and site policies, for example visitor guides
✓* Support Health, Safety and Environmental activities, for example site tours and inductions
✓* Order consumables for site
✓* Oversee standards of housekeeping in all areas
✓* Administration support
✓* Coordinate on site catering requirements
✓Salary up to £35,000 with bonus potential.
✓Mon-Fri, 09:30-18:00

✓* Ability to source and oversee service supplier
✓* Ability to develop strong working relationships with different functional areas, agree activities with them, and drive actions through to completion
✓* Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple activities in parallel
✓* Aptitude for administration / use of systems
✓* Knowledge and understanding of Security compliance
✓* Experience in the security industry desirable
✓* Experience in conflict management with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
