✓Responsibilities:
✓- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises
✓- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activities
✓- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
✓- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
✓- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
✓- Conduct thorough inspections of the property to identify potential security risks or hazards
✓- Write detailed reports on incidents, accidents, or any unusual activities observed during shifts
✓Requirements:
✓- Proven experience as a security officer or similar role is preferred
✓- Knowledge of security operations and procedures is a plus
✓- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
✓- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✓- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
✓- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
✓MAYBO and PMVA training – not essential as this will be provided
