✓What we want from you as our Lettings negotiator to join our team in Manchester, is to have at least a year in real estate
✓As the ideal candidate you will also have excellent communication and customer service skills, be self-motivated, and have a passion for property.
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Actively seek new business opportunities and build relationships with clients
✓* Conduct viewings and provide feedback to landlords and tenants
✓* Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements
✓* Manage the tenancy process from start to finish, including referencing, contract signing, and inventory checks
✓* Provide excellent customer service to all clients, both landlords and tenants
✓* Meet and exceed individual and team targets
✓Requirements:
✓* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable [1 year with an estate agent]
✓* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓* Strong negotiation skills
✓* Self-motivated and driven
✓* Ability to work well in a team environment
✓* Knowledge of the local property market is desirable
✓* Full UK driving license and access to a car is essential
