Maintenance Operative/ Handyperson
Description✓Job Role:
✓Are you ready to Evolve? We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual to come on board to join the team
✓You will take ownership and responsibility for the upkeep, maintenance, and caretaking of the property
✓The role will require you to have a broad range of skills and experience such as joinery, painting, electrical, cleaning, and general handyperson skills for repairs and maintenance.
✓Key Responsibilities:

✓Simple joinery work: fixing locks, hanging doors, building furniture
✓2
✓Electrical work: changing of light bulbs, fixing plug sockets and any other small electrical jobs
✓3
✓Decorating: painting of walls, ceilings and doors
✓4
✓Cleaning: clearing any spillages, cleaning windows, sweeping/hoovering floors, cleaning company vans externally and internally, emptying bins
✓5
✓Gardening: cutting grass, trimming trees, litter picking and keeping outside area neat and tidy
✓6
✓Assisting with Health and Safety and the security of the premises
✓7
✓Movement of warehouse stock when required
✓8
✓Any another maintenance and repairs throughout the property
✓Experience and Skills:
✓* Experience in basic electrical and joinery role with training [Preferred but not essential]
✓* Experience in a handyperson/ maintenance role
✓* Proactive and highly motivated individual
✓* Independent and trustworthy to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard
✓* Great communication skills
