Maintenance Plumber

✓ROLE: Maintenance Plumber
✓PAY RATE: £17.31 per hour.
✓JOB TYPE: Temp to Perm
✓LOCATION: Uxbridge
✓HOURS: Monday to Friday Rotational [06:00-14:00] and [11:00-19:00]
✓THE ROLE
✓Water hygiene checks - L8 checks
✓General Plumbing
✓Emergency lighting checks
✓Daily, weekly and monthly PPM checks e.g., HVAC, AHU's, FCU's etc
✓Basic electrics depending upon qualifications [competency]
✓Building installation and repair e.g., carpet-fitting, repair to walls, gutter clearance, drainage]
✓Installation of appliances and machines
✓Attend reactive breakdowns
✓Take meter readings.
✓THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
✓Plumbing / Mechanical C&G qualified or Equivalent - Essential
✓Experience in a similar role - Essential
✓Building Fabric Quals / Experience Advantageous
✓Basic Electrical Quals / Experience Advantageous
