Mobile Maintenance Electrician
Description✓Randstad C&P are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrician to join our clients facilities management team in Dundee
✓The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the electrical systems across multiple sites.
✓This is a permanent, full-time position covering commercial properties within Dundee
✓The Package:
✓Competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum
✓Core working hours, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
✓Company van and fuel card
✓Generous Pension Scheme
✓Overtime available Responsibilities:
✓Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across various buildings and facilities
✓Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of electrical systems, including lighting, power, and control systems
✓Install new electrical systems and fixtures when required
✓Conduct periodic inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
✓Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work carried out and report any issues to the Facilities Manager
✓Work closely with other members of the facilities management team to ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in a safe and efficient mannerRequirements:
✓Time-served electrician with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a facilities management or similar role
✓Knowledge of building services systems and facilities management best practices
✓18th edition qualified
✓Experience with a wide range of electrical systems, including lighting, power, and control systems
✓Ability to diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively
✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
✓Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
✓Full UK driving licenceThis is a full-time, mobile position, and the successful candidate will be required to work across multiple locations within Dundee.
