✓We are seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to carry out reactive and pre-planned maintenance across the buildings.
✓Location: East London - Various Locations
✓Contract: Permanent
✓Salary: Competitive Basic Salary & Company Vehicle, Benefits
✓Responsibilities
✓As a Multi Skilled Mechanical/ Plumbing Engineer you will support the Facilities Management team in plumbing and mechanical repairs across the Wiltshire area on existing commercial and public sector buildings.
✓Day to day Duties:
✓*
✓Carrying out reactive works and pre planned maintenance within contract KPIs
✓*
✓Works to include; EML testing, tap temperature testing, expansion vessel PPM, extract fan PPM, pipework checks and ducting inspections
✓*
✓As a Multi Skilled Engineer there will be general engineer works to be undertaken
✓Requirements
✓*
✓General maintenance experience within Commercial Building Services/ Facilities Management [FM]
✓*
✓Have experience working in Facilities Management/ Building Services
✓*
✓Hold a full clean Driving License
