✓This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UKs leading property companies and professional brands as their Sales & Lettings Administrator
✓You will be based in one of their prestigious South West London offices, supporting the Sales & Lettings team with administrative duties, ensuring the office is welcoming to clients at all times and providing exceptional customer service
✓This is a varied role, ideal for somebody who has previous industry experience and excellent administration skills
✓You must have an approachable and positive attitude and be a good team player

✓Sales & Lettings Administrator Job Role:
✓* Property Marketing - arranging photography, creating window cards and brochures, uploading to web
✓* Key & diary management - booking in appointments & viewings, releasing & receiving the keys
✓* Compliance for sales and lettings: AML checks, ensuring properties meet legislation requirements
✓* Sales onboarding & administration, sales memos and sales invoicing
✓* Lettings onboarding & administration
✓* Keeping on top of health and safety in the workplace
✓* Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
✓* Changing the window display and ensuring office is kept tidy
✓* Ordering office supplies & being in charge of the petty cash
✓* Working closely with Sales and Lettings Managers
✓Office Coordinator Profile:
✓* Strong administrative experience
✓* Experience of supporting a team
✓* Strong communication and customer service skills
✓* Advanced Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook and Reapit preferably
✓* Time management skills
✓* Previous experience within the property industry is desirable but not essential
✓Package:
✓Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 DOE
✓Hours: 8.30am-6pm [Mon-Fri]
