✓We now have an excellent opportunity for a Painter to join our highly regarded repairs and maintenance team
✓You will be working across multiple primary health care clinics/centres in and around Sidcup, Bromley, Bexley and Erith.
✓Rydon has established a strong reputation for the quality within maintenance sector, creating and improving communities for the benefit of current and future generations
✓Our maintenance business provides a range of expert planned and responsive maintenance services to domestic properties and commercial buildings in the social housing, health and social care sectors
✓We look after a growing number of healthcare buildings for NHS Trusts, residential homes and educational facilities
✓Using the latest technology we ensure properties are well maintained, efficient and fit for purpose.
✓Job Purpose
✓Our NHS healthcare team in provide as part of our contract a redecorating programme across several NHS properties we manage each year
✓To enable us to continue to continue to deliver an excellent quality of service, we are looking for an enthusiastic painter to join the team.
✓This varied role will involve painting the common spaces internally and externally within a range of our NHS estate buildings including patient common areas and inpatient facilities
✓As one of our values is focused on delivering a great customer experience, you'll strive to meet set timescales and get the work done with a 'right first time' approach
✓Sites are located around Sidcup, Bromley, Bexley and Erith so you will need access to your own vehicle for travel.
✓Working hours 8am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

✓Experience Required
✓The ideal candidate will have previous painting experience, ideally gained within the NHS or a commercial decorating environment
✓You should have excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail to ensure that we are able to provide a quality finish for our NHS clients.
✓You will need to hold a Full UK Driver’s License and have access to your own vehicle for travel [Travel for business miles will be paid]
