PART-TIME – ADMIN/VIEWING ASSISTANT
Description✓A small commercial property agency, based in Blackheath, are seeking a highly organised individual with an eye for detail.
✓As Admin/Viewing Assistant, you will be passionate about getting things right with the ability to patiently provide assistance to our applicants and clients, both in-person and on the telephone.
✓Main Duties:
✓* Answering the telephone, booking viewings and responding to enquiries
✓* Proof reading and formatting Word documents
✓* Record keeping and General administrative duties
✓* Occasional accompanying of applicants to view properties
✓* Using and managing Alcium Property Pilot software [training given]
✓* Managing website functions and social media
✓* Creating invoices using Xero software [training given]
✓* Supporting the Office Manager on all general aspects of the business to ensure efficient and smooth daily operation
✓* Property management/maintenance – coordinating with contractors and tenants to arrange access for repairs
✓Key Skills:
✓* Great communication and organisational skills
✓* 2 year’s experience of office administration
✓* Must be computer literate including MS Office – Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
✓* Ability to use own initiative by taking ownership, prioritising tasks and working with limited supervision
✓* Experience of calendar management and bookings
✓* Flexible and adaptable in completing varied tasks
✓* And, finally, a good helping of common sense!
✓Working Hours:
✓11.30 am– 5.30 pm, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
