✓My client a leading social housing provider are currently seeking a Planner to come on board for theirhousing reactive maintenance contracts.
✓Responsibilities for the Planner role are:
✓* Liaising with supervisors and tenants
✓* Planning workloads for Operative
✓* Managing high volume calls from tenants in regard to repair issues
✓* Booking repairs with via phone/emails
✓What we are looking for:
✓* Strong administrative skills and ability operate a computerised database system
✓* Experience in working with Microsoft Office
✓* Experience gained within a social housing environment is beneficial
