Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance tasks in residential properties and communal areas.
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures.
Install new plumbing systems, including piping, fittings, and appliances, following relevant regulations and best practices.
Conduct inspections and provide accurate reports on the condition of plumbing systems.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and departments to deliver comprehensive property maintenance services.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their plumbing concerns with professionalism and courtesy.Requirements:
Proven experience as a qualified plumber, with a track record in residential or commercial plumbing work.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, components, and installation techniques.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues effectively.
Strong understanding of health and safety practices within the plumbing industry.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with residents and colleagues in a positive and friendly manner.
A commitment to delivering high-quality work and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Valid plumbing certifications and qualifications in line with industry standards
