✓I have a Principal Town Planner job available with a property developer in Dorset
✓This developer design and build high-residential homes as well as commercial and industrial projects across the south of England.
✓Due to the increase in workload, this developer has created a position as a Principal Town Planner to join the development team
✓As the successful Principal Town Planner, you be working closely with the team on current projects as well as assist with new potential sites.
✓Role & Responsibilities
✓- Reviewing local plans and policies
✓- Review and appraising sites at pre acquisition
✓- Take the lead position on the planning element of a project
✓- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
✓- Produce high level planning documents
✓- Obtain planning consent
✓- Attend and present at meetings and appeal panels etc.
✓Required Skills & Experience
✓- RTPI Membership or RICS membership
✓- Relevant planning degree or similar
✓- Experience taking the lead on projects
✓- Full driving licence.
