Property Administrator
Description✓Our client, an independent estate agency, is looking for a Property Administrator to join their highly successful Property Management Centre team in Weston-Super-Mare.
✓You will manage a portfolio of properties, overseeing legal compliance and tenancy agreements
✓This position is ideal for someone interested in starting a career within property management or who would like to progress within the industry.
✓Property Manager Duties:
✓* Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties
✓* Communicate with Landlords / Tenants / Contractors regarding property maintenance works
✓* Arranging property inspections and reporting back to Landlords with feedback
✓* Ensure all legal compliances are up to date
✓* Renewal arrangements for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements
✓* Liaise with tenant and landlord following the end of tenancy
✓* Communicating with utility companies and council at start and end of tenancy
✓* Resolving Landlord and Tenant enquiries
✓The Ideal Candidate will have:
✓* Lettings experience is preferred, however not essential
✓* Excellent customer service skills
✓* Good organisation skills
✓* Be able to carry out administrative duties
✓* Problem-Solving skills
✓* Strong communication skills, written and verbal
✓* Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel etc
✓* C or above [or equivalent] in GCSE English & Maths
✓Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, 1 in 6 Saturdays 9am – 1pm
✓Salary: £22,200 + commission [approx
✓£1,000 pa, a further £1,000 following passing the property qualification]
