Property Compliance Officer

✓Joshua Robert are working with one of the largest learning disability charities in the UK who have over 60 years experience, supporting over 2,500 people through our friendly, supportive, creative and diverse teams.
✓Our client are going through a period of growrth and are seeking 2 Compliance Officers
✓The company office is based in Bristol but the role offers remote working with the expectation be in the office once or twice per month.
✓Experience
✓An awareness or experience of supported housing, ideally for people with learning disabilities
✓Housing management or Maintenance and/or Building Compliance experience is essential
✓Proven knowledge and experience in building safety and all aspects of H&S
✓Technical knowledge of compliance obligations within the housing sector
✓Experience of working within financial procedures
✓Experience of working with different contractors
✓Skill Requirements
✓Good customer service skills.
✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
✓The ability to prioritise and work on own initiative and part of a multi disciplinary team and work to deadlines.
✓To be organised and efficient in completing tasks
✓Maintains high attention to all GDPR requirements
✓Flexibility to switch between tasks
✓Knowledge of or ability to learn how to use a new IT system [such as HomeMaster]
✓Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines but maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
✓Knowledge Requirements
✓Knowledge of social housing issues, equality and diversity
✓Knowledge and understanding of Building Compliance
✓Good customer service knowledge
✓Working knowledge of MS Excel and competency on other Microsoft Office packages Show more →
