Property Coordination Manager

DescriptionA private company in Oxford is looking for a Property Coordination Manager to ensure all processes and procedures across the business are fit for purpose, compliant, ensure data accuracy and are adopted
With support from the Directors and Operations Manager you, the Business Coordination Manager will facilitate change within the team and when required, advising on legal and competence training
The Business Coordination Manager will also support the Directors on legal matters, conveyancing and the inception of management companies for developments.
This role will be focused on ensuring projects meet deadlines and targets through effective implementation of processes and training
You need to provide administrative and legal support to the Operations Manager and Directors in conjunction with purchasing land, selling properties and setting up and handing over of management companies.
Key Accountabilities
Business/project support
Ensuring business continuity by highlighting training needs from either new system implementation, new or updated processes or new or amended legislation
Support the Project Management team with contract administration, general administration tasks, drawings and document management
Supporting sustainability policies and new initiativesLegal/Compliance and Contract Administration
Support legal questions and requirements through land purchase and house sales
Conveyancing and legal support to Directors, liaising with Legal Team when required
Keep up to date with all Consumer Code for Homebuilders changes and review in line with proceduresFinancial and budgeting
Project creation, raising purchase orders and support the valuations process in the management software system
Liaise with finance team to facilitate the payment of invoices
Making amendments and completing purchase orders where required
Engage with team to ensure the accuracy of data in the RV through inputting/upkeep/analysis/re-forecasting/budget changes Management company
Support in drafting Management Company service charges, Management Company handover files, and Management Company meetings
Assist with management company costings, inception support, budgeting, invoicing and chargesData analysis and KPIs
Facilitating data analysis across the business as required to assist with business planning
Creation of KPIs/Reporting against KPIS
Cost analysis support for non-specific costs - extras packages, development running costs and management company costs This role is based in Oxford with parking and hybrid working, Salary offered is £37k, 25 days holiday, healthcare, pension, life assurance and onsite Gym
