✓Property and Housing - Property Coordinator - Altrincham
✓Answering and assisting with incoming calls and email queries from clients
✓Responsible for communication with clients to ensure they are aware of next steps along their conveyancing journey and aid their sales progression.
✓Liaising with solicitors to aid conveyancing and trouble shoot any challenges
✓Working with mortgage brokers to ensure our clients mortgages are progressed within the required timescales.
✓Reporting progress and acting as central point of contact for all parties
✓Updating CRM database
✓Liaising with our associated Letting Agents/Partners
✓Responding to emails efficiently
✓Organising diaries, making appointments, organising meetings and conference calls
✓Filing and creating suitable filing systems and archiving systems
✓Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets
✓Providing general administration support
✓Profile
✓Strong customer service and administration skills.
✓Comprehensive Microsoft Office skills
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Proven ability to prioritise workload and keep organised
✓Good interpersonal skills
✓Attention to detail
