✓Your day-to-day responsibilities are to undertake all duties usually associated with leasehold property management:
✓* Attend meetings on a regular basis as agreed with by the clients / landlords
✓* Monitor collection of ground rent
✓* Complete Lease Checklists for all properties
✓* Ensure that the developments are fully insured
✓* To develop and maintain a motivated and customer orientated service
✓* Carry out periodic inspections of the property and prepare site reports
✓* Meet at the property with contractors to ensure the conditions of their contract are adhered
✓* Arrange for the maintenance of all areas which are common
✓* Arrange training of site staff
✓* Arrange periodic inspections
✓* Prepare budgets for each property
✓* Attend AGMs
✓* Respond to complaints from lessees & clients
✓We are looking for…
✓* Previous Property management experience
✓* Presentable and great communicator
✓* Industry specific qualifications desirable IRPM
✓* Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
✓* Genuine Interest in Property
