Property Procurement Officer London/South East of England
Description✓We are looking for a Property Procurement Officer to join our client, an independent organisation who provide accommodation services to numerous organisations across the UK and continues to develop its business in both central and local government as well as the charitable section
✓This role will be covering London and the South East of England
✓This is a field based role.
✓The role involves working out in the field on a daily basis with daily travel involved to provide direct support to the property procurement team
✓The role requires the Procurement Officer to manage their own caseload and follow procedures in order to meet key performance objectives and sales targets of the company
✓The role also involves working within your regional area and making contact with current landlords and agents, and also developing relationships with new potential landlords and agents.
✓The role has extensive travel and some out of hours work to enable full coverage across the contract region
