✓Job Role: Reinstatement Cost Assessment Co-ordinator
✓Location: Remote with quarterly office meetings
✓Hours: 35 hours
✓Salary: £23,000 per annum plus benefits

✓As a Reinstatement Cost Assessment Co-ordinator, you will be contributing to Mainstay’s vision to be recognised as the market leading provider of services to the UK’s property sector
✓Mainstay is a professional service organisation, that delivers business expertise and service across the property industry.
✓Main Purpose of Job
✓Undertake all administrative functions required to support the Reinstatement Cost Assessment process.
✓Provide a high standard level of customer service whilst delivering revenue associated with the RCA programme to meet budgets and targets.
✓Other additional support to the Surveying Team as required.This role reports to the Surveying Co-Ordination Team Leader with direction from the Surveying Manager overseeing the RCA programme.
✓Main Responsibilities
✓Maintain the incoming mailbox to ensure all requests are responded to and monitor that subsequent actions are completed.
✓Formulate quotations for the insurance reassessments to be issued to clients using an agreed scale of fees.
✓Process purchase orders.
✓Attend weekly meetings with members of the Claims Coordination team to share information and updates on progress.
✓Upload correspondence and reports to the appropriate storage location[s].
✓Record information for SLA trackers.
✓Provide additional support outside the RCA main role to include but not limited to; Responsibility for the contractor tender return inbox for works projects [e.g
✓log tender return dates, release tender returns to surveyors when due, liaise with the Major Works Team and Property Managers re dates and progress]
✓Maintain the SLA trackers for the Surveying Team and any other reporting tasks.Areas of Responsibility/Accountability
✓Demonstrable experience of delivering an exceptional customer service.
✓Confident, articulate communicator – both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with all types of customers and clients with a resolution focused mentality, creative in your approach.
✓Able to work with autonomy and as part of a wider team
✓Efficient in maintaining administration and record keeping electronically
✓Demonstrable ability dealing with problems and challenges effectively.
✓Ability to work under pressure deadlines, able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
