✓£30k-£50k basic plus OTE £80k 1st year
✓We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultants to join a thriving recruitment team of specialist recruiters
✓As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing Professional Engineering & Technical candidates in the Yorkshire area
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates in the Professional Engineering & Technical market
✓* Developing a deep understanding of client hiring needs and building a solid relationship
✓* Creating job descriptions/Networking/headhunting to attract the right talent
✓* Conducting candidate searches using a variety of sources, including headhunting, networking ,job boards, social media, and referrals
✓* Conducting phone/video and in-person interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
✓* Providing guidance, feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
✓* Negotiating job offers and managing the onboarding process
✓Experience
✓* Some experience of working as a recruitment consultant although all levels of experience will be considered
✓* Strong knowledge of the Midlands area
✓* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
✓We are open experience within a temporary or permanent recruitment market as training and support will be given
✓For an ambitious and successful recruiter this role can fast track your career with opportunities for team leader and management positions .No management experience is necessary as full training will be given.
