As a Renewals Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth progression of tenancy renewals
Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing tenancy renewal agreements by liaising with tenants and landlords, obtaining signatures, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
* Proactively managing and resolving delays during the referencing process, such as chasing employers, proof of funds, and relevant information to support applications.
* Ensuring compliance is up to date for move-ins and submitting relevant forms.
* Managing guarantor paperwork, if required for referencing.
* Creating tenancy agreements and supporting documents.
* Registering deposits with TDS and obtaining valid certificates within required timelines.
* Ensuring completion monies are received prior to move-in.
* Providing regular updates to the branch on the progress of each property, highlighting any potential issues or delays.
* Processing renewal terms, tenancy agreements, supplier invoices, and legal notices.
To excel in this role, you should have:
* Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in your work.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, landlords, and colleagues.
* Excellent IT knowledge, particularly with Microsoft Office packages.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
* Experience using Reapit, a valuable asset for streamlining processes.
* ARLA qualified to level 3, demonstrating your expertise in the industry.
* Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role, giving you a solid foundation to thrive in this position.
