Senior Community Host
Description✓One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a Senior Community Host in Croydon
✓My client are looking for someone with Property experience or Build to Rent experience to enter and hit the ground running
✓You will be a vital member of the front of house team
✓You will build strong relationships with the residents and foster a strong sense of community through arranging events
✓This is a rare opportunity to join one of the fastest growing and most prestigious Build to Rent developments, and really get your foot in the door to hit the ground running and progress with pace.
✓Your daily duties will consist of:
✓• Ensuring that you always provide great customer service, and greet residents, visitors, and clients in a friendly manner always.
✓• Encourage as well as support resident engagement, through the planning and execution of events and activities in the communal areas for residents to attend and network.
✓• Conducting pre-check-in and post check-out checks, to ensure that the move-in process for residents runs as smoothly as possible.
✓• Ensure that you are consistently keep updated with new rules and regulations as well as health and safety standards.
✓• Handle daily enquiries from residents and attempt to answer as well as solve these queries wherever possible.
✓• Flag up issues with maintenance to be fixed on the same day.
✓Previous property experience is strongly advised for this position

✓In this role, you will work 4 days on and then have 4 days off and will work a total of 38.5 hours per week.

✓• At least 2 years’ experience in the property industry
✓• A can-do attitude
✓• Outstanding Customer Service skills
✓• Previous experience working in a customer facing role
✓• Ability to multitask to complete a long to-do list
