✓Our client, an established property management company specialising in block and estate management, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their dedicated team due to increased business levels. You will already be an experienced Senior Property Manager or Property Manager in the sector, as you will need to hit the ground running.
✓Duties:
✓Overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations
✓Managing a portfolio of residential blocks
✓Handling leaseholder inquiries and resolving issues
✓Assisting with service charge, ground rent calculations, and budget management
✓Managing solicitor inquiries
✓Reviewing property insurance and managing claims
✓Conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance with RICS Code of Practice
✓Organising AGMs and maintaining communication with development directors
✓Ensuring compliance with Section 20 legislation
✓Requirements:
✓Previous working experience as a property manager/block Manager
✓You will have AIRPM qualification but MIRPM / RICs would be preferable for this position.
✓Experience in property and Block Management, understanding of the RICs Residential Management Code of Practice.
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and good IT skills
✓Full UK driving license
