Senior Relationship Manager
Description✓We are recruiting for an award-winning financial services organisation who are looking to expand their Collections team with a Senior Relationship Manager in Manchester City Centre

✓Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients who have taken out finance for projects
✓Keeping updated on progress of the projects to pre-empt any issues that may cause an issue with repayments
✓Review pending litigation and receivership cases to ensure repayment dates are met
✓Ensuring accounts are managed to exit in a timely manner guaranteeing loans are re-paid
✓Deliver a positive experience throughout the customer journey to ensure repeat business
✓Reviewing and assessing customer developments to ensure progress and planning are meeting agreed deadlines and in line with costing schedule
✓Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth borrower journeys
✓Enforcement of litigation action where needed by analysing the strategy review is at forbearance or foreclosure
✓Skills needed for the Senior Relationship Manager:
✓If you have experience working as a Collections Advisor, Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager or Similar
✓It is essential you have experience working with a regulated environment
✓Strong rapport building skills, dealing with Senior Level and Business owners
