Description✓Senior Sales Negotiator – Blackburn – Up to £28,000
✓We are currently recruiting for a talented Senior Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful, and established Estate Agency, based in Blackburn.
✓This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

✓What you will be doing
✓* Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors
✓* Registering purchaser details and matching them to available properties
✓* Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities
✓* Recommending other products, including conveyancing and mortgage services
✓* Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
✓* Booking property market appraisals
✓* Carrying out accompanied viewings with purchasers
✓What you will have
✓* Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or similar role in the Estate Agency industry
✓* In-depth knowledge of the property market
✓* Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing the sales negotiator process
✓* Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
✓* Driven by success and progression
