Service Charge Recovery Officer
Description✓9 month FTC
✓Hyde is looking to recruit an Service Charge Recovery Officer.

✓As a Service Charge Recovery Officer at Hyde you will be working within the Housing division of Resident Services to manage the prevention and recovery of service charge arrears from leaseholders.
✓Responsibilities
✓* Liaising with Leaseholders to recover service charge debts on their accounts.
✓* Answering general queries relating to service charges via phone and email.
✓* Processing Service Charge payments and refunding service charge credits/overpayments.
✓* Making referrals to, and liaising with, solicitors if necessary, in cases of non-payment.
✓Skills and Experience Required
✓* Previous experience in a similar role or a role involving chasing outstanding debts
✓* Excellent customer service skills
✓* Knowledge of Leasehold and Service charges is desirable but not essential
✓* Strong written and oral communication skills
✓* Good IT skills
