Site-Based Maintenance Electrician

✓Randstad C&P are looking for a Site-Based Maintenance Electrician to join our trusted Facilities Management clients team
✓The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair works across a range of commercial and industrial properties.
✓The ideal candidate will be 18th edition qualified, time-served, and have previous facilities management experience
✓You should have a proactive approach to maintenance and be able to work effectively under pressure
✓Strong communication and customer service skills are also essential.
✓The Package:
✓Competitive salary up to £37,000 per annum.
✓Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
✓Company vehicle provided.
✓Generous holiday allowance.

✓Opportunities for training and development.Key Responsibilities:
✓Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance works on electrical systems and equipment.
✓Fault diagnosis and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
✓Completion of electrical installation condition reports [EICR].
✓Liaising with clients and building occupants to ensure effective communication.
✓Working as part of a team and assisting with other maintenance duties as required.Candidate Requirements:
✓18th edition qualified.
✓Time-served.
✓Facilities management experience.
✓Strong communication and customer service skills.
