Site-Based Maintenance Electrician

DescriptionRandstad C&P are working alongside a global facilities management client to onboard a Static Maintenance Electrician.
As a Static Maintenance Electrician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems at our clients commercial site in Cumbernauld
You will be responsible for conducting maintenance, repairs, and installations, as well as responding to electrical emergencies promptly
This is a full-time, permanent position and the main working hours will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Carry out planned preventative maintenance and routine inspections of electrical systems.
Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
Install and commission new electrical systems and equipment as required.
Respond to electrical emergencies promptly and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and safety standards.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Collaborate with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
Communicate effectively with site management and colleagues regarding electrical maintenance tasks.Requirements:
Relevant electrical qualifications [e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365, or equivalent].
18th edition City and Guilds
Proven experience as an electrician, preferably within a commercial or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and regulations.
