Site-Based Plumber
Description✓Randstad C&P are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced plumber to join our clients facilities management team in Aberdeen
✓The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the plumbing systems across multiple sites.
✓This is a full-time, permanent position
✓The main working hours will be Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
✓The Package:
✓Competitive salary of up to £34,000 per annum
✓Core working hours, Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
✓Company van
✓Generous Pension Scheme
✓Overtime availability Responsibilities:
✓Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across various buildings and facilities
✓Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of plumbing systems, including hot and cold water, drainage, and heating systems
✓Install new plumbing systems and fixtures when required
✓Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work carried out and report any issues to the Facilities Manager
✓Work closely with other members of the facilities management team to ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in a safe and efficient mannerRequirements:
✓Time-served plumber with a minimum of 5 year's experience in a facilities management or similar role
✓Knowledge of building services systems and facilities management best practices
✓Experience with a wide range of plumbing systems, including hot and cold water, drainage, and heating systems
✓Ability to diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively
✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
✓Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
