✓To ensure all operational duties are undertaken inline with the responsibilities of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham [LBBD] contract.
✓About You
✓Relevant technical qualification [trade and supervisory].
✓Role based qualification, ie SSSTS, etc.
✓Previous experiences in a reactive repairs/void’s environment.
✓Previous experience of working in residents’ homes.
✓Proven experience of working in a supervisory role within the social housing environment.
✓Demonstrable experience of working with MS Office applications and relevant business database.
✓Proven technical skills.
✓Proven ability to multitask.
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Work with highest levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
