Description✓Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for three Accommodation Placements Advisers on an initial 2 months contract with the possibility of further extension.
✓The main objective of the role:
✓to maximise the number of homes let & residents housed through the client's housing scheme.Main accountabilities:
✓responsible for a providing a timely, comprehensive and customer focused service to applicants requiring social housing.
✓to work in partnership with stakeholders to complete the letting process within set timescales, ensuring the effective and efficient running of the choice based lettings system.
