✓Key deliverables:
✓" Working as part of a daily duty operations team, work collaboratively and positively to provide our services in the high volume 24/7-time critical environment of DEPMU operations.
✓" To assist with the smooth running of detention estate Population Management, removals, referrals desks by collating bed count returns and daily stats information
✓" Complete the work allocated to you by a Desk Manager correctly and in the requested time frame
✓" Assist with the allocation of beds to ensure detained individuals are allocated to the most appropriate IRC in terms of risk, welfare, individual and operational needs.
✓" Assist with the process of fully utilising bed space by accurately producing movement orders in an efficient, productive, and timely manner.
✓" Act on the need to produce Movement Orders as a result of the desk`s in-boxes and diary actions
✓" Monitor incoming calls to ensure that they are answered promptly and in accordance with our professional standards.
✓Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week - full time rostered shifts: 07:00-15:12, 9:00-17:12, 10:00-18:12, 13:30-21:42
✓Pay rate: £14.68 per hour
✓Location: Heathrow, Harmondsworth, Hounslow, Feltham, Hayes are fairly close by
✓In terms of transport: nearest tube stations are Hatton Cross, Heathrow terminals and Hounslow with numerous bus routes as follows: 81, 11, 278, 285, 423, 490
✓This is a temporary assignment for up to 6 months.
✓Prior to commencement, ALL temporary workers must be vetted to CTC level
✓You must have a valid Passport and have resided in the UK for the last 5 years Show more →
