About the Role
As the Assurance and Audit Manager, you will form an integral part of the Customer Contact Centre, managing client contracts with confidence by identifying, measuring and managing risk.
Key Accountabilities will include:
Provide visible first-hand leadership to the Monitoring officer community through communication, engagement, role modelling and mentorship.
Undertake end to end compliance and risk assurance reviews including deep dives, thematic and control testing.
Provide an oversight and assurance of the front line through sampling, testing, deep dives, thematic reviews and data gathering and analysis that ensure G4S and client operating requirements are being met.
Collaborate with colleagues across the front line, assessing their identification of risks and mitigating controls and providing guidance where improvements are needed.
Support the Head of Risk and the Client Director in ensuring the internal operating controls meet the Contract Playbook Requirements.
Develop and deliver the Business Continuity Plan test plan, sharing the outcomes and learnings of tests directly with the clients as part of our contractual obligations.
Essential Criteria:
Experience in scoping and completing assurance reviews end to end including testing, sampling and review of processes to mitigate risk.
An understanding of the risks associated with the contracts and what that means for you, G4S and all our stakeholders.
The ability to give colleagues guidance to meet regulatory requirements.
A good knowledge of risk assessment methodology, tools, and processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence senior stakeholders
