Building Surveyor
Description✓Elevate are working in partnership with our client, a not for profit provider of affordable housing in the London area, to recruit an experienced Surveyor to join their Assets team :
✓Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 per annum + Company Vehicle and Fuel Card, Phone, Laptop
✓Location: Hybrid [3 days Office & Site Visits, 2 days remote]
✓Your responsibilities will include:
✓* Carrying out detailed surveys and drawing up specifications for the organisations residential and commercial assets, identifying and resolving property related risks such as legal disrepair, complex cases and managing property reinvestment projects using a variety of contractor-based procurement models.
✓* Identifying and resolving property related risks, disrepair cases and complex maintenance cases, putting controls in place, and ensuring those controls are maintained
✓Carrying out detailed surveys and drawing up specifications of work for residential and commercial assets.
✓* Managing property reinvestment projects using a variety of contractor-based procurement models.
✓* Carrying out other professional building surveying duties and offer other technical guidance and support to adjacent owners, developers and across all departments.
✓* Produce detailed specification and tender documents for repairs, planned improvement and corrective works in line with current regulations and legislation.
