Customer Service Advisor

DescriptionWe are supporting the Royal Borough of Greenwich, recruiting for Customer Service Advisors on a full time basis.
You will be part of the housing department’s call centre answering queries from residents
You will have excellent customer service skills dealing with difficult customers and resolving queries in a calm, efficient manner.
You will receive between 10-15 calls per hour via an Avaya call handling system.
The successful candidate will have good IT skills in Word, Excel etc and will learn internal bespoke packages.
There will be side by side training at the desk if successful.
There is the possibility of applying for a permanent role within the department as well as other areas of Greenwich
Experience required:
* Customer service skills [ideally phone]
* Experience dealing with difficult customers
* IT literate including typing skills [Word, Excel]
* Problem solving skills
* Calm under pressure
* Previously working in a team environment
* Housing experience [desirable]
