Customer Service Advisor
Description✓We are supporting the Royal Borough of Greenwich, recruiting for Customer Service Advisors on a full time basis.
✓You will be part of the housing department’s call centre answering queries from residents
✓You will have excellent customer service skills dealing with difficult customers and resolving queries in a calm, efficient manner.
✓You will receive between 10-15 calls per hour via an Avaya call handling system.
✓The successful candidate will have good IT skills in Word, Excel etc and will learn internal bespoke packages.
✓There will be side by side training at the desk if successful.
✓There is the possibility of applying for a permanent role within the department as well as other areas of Greenwich
✓Experience required:
✓* Customer service skills [ideally phone]
✓* Experience dealing with difficult customers
✓* IT literate including typing skills [Word, Excel]
✓* Problem solving skills
✓* Calm under pressure
✓* Previously working in a team environment
