Description✓MMP Consultancy is seeking a skilled Maintenance Craftsman [Electrician] to join our Estates Department at an NHS Trust within the Bognor Regis and Worthing area
✓The Maintenance Craftsman [Electrician] will undertake skilled electrical craft duties
✓Responsibilities:
✓* You will be responsible for carrying out fault diagnosis, repair, and planned preventative maintenance work on all electrical building services and equipment within the Trust.
✓* Your role will involve using test and monitoring instruments, interpreting instructions and specifications, recording work details, providing support and advice to semi-skilled and Apprentice engineering staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
✓* Carry out planned preventative maintenance [PPM] and diagnose and repair faults.
✓* Perform minor new works as directed by the Engineering Managers/Estates Officers.
✓* Accurately record details of completed works, including time, date, job content, location, and materials used using a Computerized Maintenance Management System [CMMS].
✓Job Criteria:
✓* Level 2/3 qualification in a relevant field and 18th edition
✓* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
✓* Willingness and ability to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service [DBS] check.
✓The successful candidate will be expected to work 37.5 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime
✓Remuneration for this role will be £16 per hour [standard], £19 per hour [Saturday], and £22 per hour [Sunday] paid via an umbrella company
✓Alternatively, a PAYE calculation can be provided.
