Fixed Term 6 months  - Salary £26,626 [FTE]
This role
We are looking for a dynamic and reliable self-starter who can work efficiently on their own to consistently deliver against weekly targets.
You will be required to visit around 186 nearby converted street properties every week to verify the condition of passive fire safety equipment in the London Borough of Lambeth
This is a physically demanding role and a company vehicle is not provided
Successful candidates are expected to travel on foot, or by use of public transport or bicycle.
You will be required to use the provided equipment to report your findings as well as highlighting any potential barriers to a safe living environment for our residents
You will need to be confident in using mobile phone apps as well as be proficient in using a laptop computer.
Training will be provided on most aspects of the role and responsibilities.
This is currently a fixed term role until we have established how best we can deliver upon these responsibilities
Please note :- we do not currently offer visa sponsorship.
