Housing Support Manager
Description✓Carry out a review of the need assessment and develop a support plan for each tenant, in partnership with the tenant.
✓- Undertake visits to those tenants with particular needs and ensure that relevant information is recorded on the database.
✓- To advise on support serrvices and sources of financial support, including benefits, whcih may be available to tenants.
✓- To meet weekly with the other managers
✓- To manage the waiting list ensuring there are sufficient numbers of potential tenants available to take up a tenancy, arranging advertising if necessar
