Housing Support Manager

DescriptionCarry out a review of the need assessment and develop a support plan for each tenant, in partnership with the tenant.
- Undertake visits to those tenants with particular needs and ensure that relevant information is recorded on the database.
- To advise on support serrvices and sources of financial support, including benefits, whcih may be available to tenants.
- To meet weekly with the other managers
- To manage the waiting list ensuring there are sufficient numbers of potential tenants available to take up a tenancy, arranging advertising if necessar
- To ensure that the support plan interviews are conducted annually and records are kept up to date and entered on the database
