✓Duties
✓* Experience of working with young people with complex needs, although not necessarily in a housing context
✓* Experience of dealing directly with clients
✓* Ability to work within a reactive environment
✓* A good level of education and good interpersonal and organisational skills
✓* Able to interact with people from varied backgrounds
✓* Have excellent communication skills, able to work as part of a team, working unsociable hours
✓* Have an understanding of current mental health issues
✓* Be able to manage challenging behaviour and interact with young people in a positive and confident manner
