✓I am currently recruiting for an organisation specialising in support for those who have Homelessness and mental health Support needs – their work is certainly well recognised as they continue to expand all over the UK.
✓Having recently expanded upon services within Birmingham they are currently looking for Support Workers to help contribute to the high-quality service they provide to those in need

✓Vacancy Brief:
✓* Our client is seeking employees on a ‘temp-to-perm’ basis, meaning successful candidates will have the chance to obtain a permanent role and truly invest in their professional development within a growing service.
✓* Required working hours of 37.50 per week.
✓* Shift based: 08:00 – 16:00 pm / 1pm - 9pm with one weekend in every three.
✓* Based in Coventry
✓* Candidate will be managing a full caseload of 7-10 clients.
✓* Excellent pay rate: candidate’s will be paid £10.50 PAYE Or £13.40 per hour Umbrella.
✓* Perm Salary £21,420 - £22,820 per annum
✓The Duties & Responsibilities:
✓* As a Housing Support Worker, you will be tasked with supporting young peoples’ progress, working innovatively and flexibly to assist with any problems which may arise.
✓* Part of your role will be to refer young people for opportunities in work experience and employment as appropriate.
✓* You will need to maintain accurate records of all young people action plans and progress.
✓* As a Housing Support Worker, you will be required to undertake holistic risk and needs assessments and to develop support and risk management plans.
