✓The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:
✓* Providing advice and guidance to managers around the organisation on various HR policies and procedures
✓* Supporting with complex employee relations casework
✓* Updating and amending HR policies in line with current employment legislation
✓* Supporting the recruitment team
✓* HR project work
✓Profile
✓The successful HR Advisor must have:
✓* HR Advisory experience
✓* Experience of working within education would be beneficial but not essential
✓* Excellent communication skills
✓* Ability to be adaptable, flexible and proactive
