✓Panoramic Associates are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Family Hubs Change Manager to join a local authority team for a period of 7 months
✓The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of better outcomes and improving access to services for children, young people, and families.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓* Lead the transition within the complex environment of children and families' services and ensure that service changes or adjustments are based on feedback from children, young people, and families.
✓* Build relationships with working with the 0-19 service, partners, and key stakeholders to create momentum in programme delivery and achievement of goals.
✓* Facilitate participation, prepare, support, and help individuals, teams, and the Council in making service changes, identifying improvements, and driving the transformation.
✓* Redirect or redefine the use of resources, business processes, budget allocations, or other modes of operation that significantly change the services.
✓* Ensure the successful rollout of the new 0-19 years support offer, bridging the gap between the family hub programme and ongoing service delivery.
✓Qualifications and Skills:
✓* Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, or a related field.
✓* At least 5 years of experience in change management, project management, or service delivery.
✓* Knowledge and understanding of children and families' services and the challenges faced by vulnerable children and young people.
✓* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
✓* Proven experience in facilitating and managing change within complex environments.
✓* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✓* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
