✓What you will be doing
✓The ideal Marketing and Communications manager will be:
✓Helping to provide strategic direction to the creative development and implementation of the charity's Fund raising strategies and Operational plans
✓To be the brand ambassador ensuring all marketing,communications and fund raising work adheres to the national brand guidelines.
✓To manage and coach two staff to be the best they can be in their role
✓To manage the marketing and fund raising budget and keeping up to date records of plans and spending.What you will bring to the team:-
✓The ideal Marketing and Communications manager will:
✓Have line and performance management experience
✓Ideally have experience in communications, marketing and fund raising
✓Have had previous input into strategic agenda and content creationWhat you will get in return:-
✓An hourly pay rate of £17.58
✓A hybrid working environment [you are only expected to be in the office a few times a month]
