What you will be doing
The ideal Marketing and Communications manager will be:
Helping to provide strategic direction to the creative development and implementation of the charity's Fund raising strategies and Operational plans
To be the brand ambassador ensuring all marketing,communications and fund raising work adheres to the national brand guidelines.
To manage and coach two staff to be the best they can be in their role
To manage the marketing and fund raising budget and keeping up to date records of plans and spending.What you will bring to the team:-
The ideal Marketing and Communications manager will:
Have line and performance management experience
Ideally have experience in communications, marketing and fund raising
Have had previous input into strategic agenda and content creationWhat you will get in return:-
