✓We are currently looking for an experienced Probation Service Officer to join South Central Probation Service
✓LOCATION: Aldershot, Hampshire
✓HOURS: 37 hours per week
✓DURATION: 4 Months
✓PAY RATE: £18.00 - £20.07 p/h [Depending on experience]
✓Probation Service Officer Duties
✓Must be experienced in case management and supervision of court orders in a community supervision team
✓Will be generic case management
✓May be possible to work remotely dependant on experience
✓Essential Requirements
✓Previous experience as a Probation Service Officer or in a custody setting.
✓Experience of working and supporting a diverse range of people who have experienced a range of social/personal difficulties, including working with groups and individuals to motivate and change behaviour.
✓Experience of making effective referrals to and managing relationships between external agencies to enhance positive outcomes, manage risk and reduce reoffending.
✓An understanding of and commitment to equal opportunities and diversity good practice
