✓Page Personnel are supporting a large Public Sector organisation based in Coventry with the appointment of a varied and exciting Recruitment Assistant position
✓This role offers a mix of office and home working - Circa 2 days per week office and 3 home.

✓Description
✓Working alongside a small Recruitment/Talent Acquisition team, the role of Recruitment Assistant will provide support with a wide range of administration duties to ensure the provision of an effective joined up recruitment service to the organisation through the management of end-to-end recruitment processes.
✓Duties will include but not limited to:
✓Maintain the Recruitment inbox - responding to queries on a daily basis
✓Responsible for managing candidates and line managers throughout the recruitment life cycle ensure an excellent level of customer service to all
✓Ensure all required pre-employment checks are completed
✓Ensure HR systems are updated to ensure a smooth on-boarding process
✓Posting adverts on job boards and other Social Media platforms
✓Prepare interview packs and coordinate interviews
✓Liaise with 3rd party providers regarding testing and assessments etcProfile
✓Ideal candidate for this role will be comfortable working within a large, complex organisation and being part of a busy, fast-paced Recruitment department.
✓You will also demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
✓Ideally you will have some working knowledge within a similar role.
