✓Vacancy Brief:
✓* The role is that of a Scheme Manager; this is a 6-month contract covering maternity.
✓* This is a full-time role; 35 hours a week.
✓* Monday – Friday 9 – 5 pm
✓* Pay rate for this role is £12.15 per hour on PAYE OR £15.50 Umbrella.
✓* Based in Market Drayton, Shropshire
✓The Responsibilities:
✓* The successful candidate for the Scheme Manager post will provide an effective, customer-focused service to tenants in a supported accommodation for those aged 18 - 55 who have complex support needs.
✓* An aspect of your role as a Scheme Manager may involve providing help locally in the community, supporting and offering specialist advice and working with the clients partners to prevent homelessness.
✓* In your role as a Scheme Manager, you will provide a wide range of excellent support services including independent living for older people and younger people.
✓* You will help manage a refuge and other safe accommodation for those fleeing domestic abuse.
✓* As a Scheme Manager, you will be supporting tenants with tenancy sustainment and finance management to promote independent living.
✓* Furthermore, in this role, you will be working with tenants and other customers who are often vulnerable, in a changing and challenging environment.
