✓The Role: The post holder will work within Three Rivers Housing Services and report directly to the Strategic Housing Manager
✓The post holder will be the lead officer responsible for the day-to-day casework of the Residential Environmental Health team
✓The post holder will lead on inspections, investigations and advice given in relation to the statutory housing enforcement functions and other work areas of the Residential Environmental Health department.
✓What we are looking for:
✓We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and driven individual with highly effective communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to work independently
✓The candidate will hold a degree/diploma in Environmental Health and have significant experience in the field, specifically in nuisance investigation, Houses of Multiple Occupation and private sector housing standards
✓This candidate will be capable of providing both specialist knowledge and delivering resolution focused outcomes for our residents.

✓£34,771 - £37,249 per annum including London weighting, plus an additional £1,998 market factor supplement
